Patricia plays Theresa, an air flight paramedic who works on Angel Flights along with a man named Brad. A little girl named Sammy needs emergency surgery and must be flown to another hospital with better facilities. She and her father, Jack, get on an Angel Flight. Things start to go wrong, however, when the plane starts to have engine difficulties, and they are forced to go down in the middle of the mountains. No one knows where they are, and they are caught in a blizzard. All of them suffer from injuries due to the crash, and Sammy's condition continues to grow worse as they struggle to survive in hope that help will come.
