Jordan is a real city girl who winds up meeting a widowed rancher in Wyoming after her roommate places a personal ad for her. The rancher, Tyler, becomes involved after his sister Laurie, played by Patricia, answers the ad for him. The two are very different, and at first their differences get in the way of their having a relationship. Tyler and Jordan must overcome their prejudices about each other's lifestyle and resolve their past issues before they can determine whether they do belong together.
